UK Delivery Information 

Orders are picked, packed and mailed Monday-Friday around 1pm

We use 48 Hour tracking as standard and you will receive your tracking info in an automated shipping confirmation email.

This is a micro-business and we endeavor to respond to all email within 48 hours Mon-Fri.

Standard flat-rate of £4.95 for 48 Tracked using Royal Mail. Please note, this refers to working days only.

International orders may be subject to local taxes, customs duties, or import fees. These charges are set by your country and are the responsibility of the customer. We’re unable to predict or cover these costs.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We really hope you love your bag — but if it’s not quite right, we completely understand. Here’s how to return it with ease.

1. Returns

If you’d like to return your order, please let us know within 14 days of receiving it.
Returned items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition

  • Sent back in the original packaging

Please note that custom or personalised items can’t be returned unless they arrive faulty.

2. How to Return

To start a return, email us at orders@thecontentsbag.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once we’ve heard from you, we’ll share the return address and next steps.

Unless stated otherwise, you’ll be responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service to make sure your parcel arrives safely.

3. Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, we’ll issue a refund for the item price back to your original payment method within 14 days.
Please note that delivery costs are not refunded.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you expected, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving it.
We’ll make it right — either by sending a replacement or refunding you in full, including any postage costs.

5. Exchanges

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.
